PowerPoint Tip - How to Easily Shift Between All Open PowerPoint Presentations

This is a great PowerPoint tip which I am sure you did not know. Most of us know that to shift between all the open windows, you need to press "Alt" and "Tab" buttons on the keyboard. This opens all the Windows open in your computer and show them in a tiled format. Now you need to keep pressing the "Tab" key repeatedly to shift focus to the consecutive Windows. When you leave both keys, the Window in focus is brought on the screen. You could also use your mouse cursor and left click to select and go to a Window from the tile.

But what happens if you had more than one PowerPoint Files open. If you use Alt and Tab keys, then you will see all the windows. Here is where this PowerPoint tip comes in handy. Instead of using Alt key, Press "Ctrl" + "Tab" keys on the keyboard to shift between only the open PowerPoint files. It is as simple as that. In fact if you were on a browser like Chrome or Firefox with many tabs open, then pressing "Ctrl" + "Tab" keys on the keyboard will shift the focus to the next and subsequent tabs in the same browser and not different windows.
