One of the best PowerPoint Tips someone gave me was how to easily align pictures horizontally and vertically. I have saved a lot of time using this PowerPoint editing tip. It is very simple. Insert any picture or graphics on your PowerPoint Slide. Now if you want to get a copy then you have two methods, either use the ribbon menu tab named Edit then select Copy and then to paste it somewhere else, click Edit and then Paste option. The other option is to keep your Ctrl Key pressed and use your mouse to drag the item to where ever you want and leave the mouse button to get a new copy of the picture or graphics.
But how do you align these two pictures vertically or horizontally? You can use the Format tab on the PowerPoint ribbon menu and then use Align Centrally or Middle etc. which is time consuming and needs many mouse clicks which wastes your precious time. There is an easy way. Just click the picture you want to duplicate or make a copy and align vertically or horizontally.
Now press the CTRL key and the ALT keys together on your keyboard and use the mouse button to drag the picture or graphics either in the horizontal plane or vertically plane. The picture will easily maintain the vertical alignment or the horizontal alignment whichever you are doing. It just stays in line and you cannot move it anywhere except horizontally or vertically.
